Prize: Winning composers share over $30,000 In ASCAP Foundation Awards, including the annual Leo Kaplan Award.
Open To: Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States or enrolled students with a student visa who have not reached their 30th birthday by January 1, 2007.
